Harry’s Dabinett is a single variety apple that is fermented and then back sweetened with juice. Big fruity aroma and flavours very silky on the palate with a soft tannic finish. Harry's cider farm is situated right in the heart of cider country, Somerset. They are immensely proud to be part of the Somerset farming tradition of growing apples and making cider on our family farm and are very passionate about their heritage, sustainability and 'making the best cider in Somerset'.
