Blended with Cheddar spring water and vanilla it creates a taste of "warm summer evenings" and we suggest serving with prosecco for the perfect cocktail. Cheddar Spirit Company is based in the famous Cheddar Gorge and their small batch of gin, vodka and liqueurs and inspired by their beautiful surroundings. By using Cheddar spring water and naturally sourced local ingredients, they believe they have captured 'the spirit of Cheddar Gorge'.
