Gorwydd Caerphilly 200g

Caerphilly is made using raw, unpasturised cows milk. It has a crumbly, fresh centre which is contrasted by a completely edible, velvety, earthy and natural tasting rind. It is produced at Puxton Farm Estate by Todd and Magaun Trethowan using the milk from our very own cows who graze on our luscious green pastures. On all hand-cut items, please allow for a 5% variation.
