We are a family owned business based in Somerset with farming roots that date back to the early 1800s.
Our award-winning butchery counter is stocked with our very own farm-fresh, zero food-miles, lamb and beef. Our meat is grass-fed and free-range and we pride ourselves on our exceptional farming practices as any farmer, chef, or food-lover will testify that the higher standard of farming, the better tasting the meat.
In addition to our thriving livestock farm, we also have an on-site cheese factory run by the master cheese makers- The Trethowan Brothers.
